The Star is an integrated hub that comprises of a Civic & Cultural Zone named The Star Performing Arts Centre, and a Retail & Entertainment Zone.

The Star Performing Arts Centre, comprising levels 3 to 11 (9 levels of the 15-level development) is owned and managed by Rock Productions Pte Ltd (RPPL). Read more about ROCK PRODUCTIONS here.

The Retail & Entertainment Zone, from basement 1 to Level 2 (3 levels) as well as the car park levels from basement 2 to 4 (3 levels), are owned and managed by specialist retail operator CapitaMalls Asia (CMA).
