The curtains come down on the inaugural edition of Singapore South Asian International Film Festival in style with the gala closing at The Star Theatre on 9 Sep (Sat), 6.30pm.
Singapore South Asian International Film Festival (“SGSAIFF”) celebrates the cultural oneness of South Asia by recognizing the most talented people working in films and this star-studded closing ceremony will see awards for the best films in competition at the festival which will be decided by a high-powered jury.
The awards will be given to emerging filmmakers by celebrities from the film world including the mentor of the festival, film actor Manoj Bajpayee. This is an unmissable opportunity to spot many celebrities who are making an exclusive appearance in Singapore for the closing night. The awards ceremony will be followed by a high octane concert by the brilliant singer and musician Mohit Chauhan, who is coming to cast his musical spell on the Singapore audience.
SGSAIFF’s gala closing is the only place to be on the evening of 9 Sep (Sat). See you there!
