Conditions of Entry

• Redemption of wristbands is subject to valid tickets produced.
• No entry below the age of 7 years old.
• Patrons from 7 to 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket in the same ticket category.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person.

Photography / Video Recording Rules

• Use of professional, digital, film or polaroid cameras is not permitted.
• Full recording of the full concert is strictly prohibited.

The Promoter reserves all rights to refuse entry to patrons who fail to comply with the Conditions of Entry outlined above, as well as any other additional measures as stipulated by the government at any time, and tickets will not be refunded.

Terms of Ticket Sales

• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.
