Front-of-House (FOH) Senior Executive


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of client servicing and patron experience.
  • Oversee event operations, including planning and casual staff management.
  • Prepare cost estimates for potential hirers.
  • Plan and customize manpower deployment for events.
  • Planning of event logistics allocation, liaising with other departments as needed.
  • Prepare event-related documentation and coordinate operational execution.
  • Recruit, train, and manage FOH casual staff, including conducting event briefings.
  • Develop usher training materials and conduct annual training sessions.
  • Coordinate with official caterers to ensure seamless execution of catering set-ups.
  • Assist in developing and managing outsourcing contracts.
  • Serve as the liaison for ticketing matters with appointed ticketing agents.
  • Support StarTix ticket sales inquiries and refund requests.
  • Generate daily ticket sales reports and other finance-related reports for StarTix events.
  • Assist in managing and updating the StarTix website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and manage the departmental budget.
  • Handle procurement of departmental items.
  • Address feedback from patrons and hirers professionally.
  • Assist in managing guided tour bookings and conducting tours.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the department head.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Events Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in venue operations,front-of-house, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of casual staff.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Front- Of- House (FOH) Executive


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to event and tour enquiries received online and via hotline.
  • Assist with StarTix Website content update.  
  • Generate sales and ticketing related reports.
  • Liaise with the various appointed ticketing agents and event organisers.
  • Serve as the liaison for ticketing matters with appointed ticketing agents
  • Oversee event operation, including planning and casual staff management
  • Administrative duties, including tickets issuance, tour bookings, casual rostering, and payroll.  
  • Manage venue’s Lost & Found inventory and reports.
  • Assist with planning and execution of FOH’s yearly refresher and recruitment trainings.
  • Updating of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Procurement of miscellaneous items.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and portfolios tasked.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in admin, event operations, front of house, customer service and/or similar capacity is preferred.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with handling devices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a large pool of casuals.
  • Must be able to work irregular hours, shift duties and on weekends.

Production Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to support the planning, administration, and execution of events. This role acts as a key coordination point between hirers (clients) and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely project delivery. You will manage an assigned portfolio of events under supervision while gaining hands-on experience.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
  • Maintain and organize all event-related documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping and proper file management
  • Prepare and update production documents including schedules, run sheets, technical requirements
  • Create basic event layouts and setup plans in coordination with the production team
  • Generate preliminary cost estimates
Client & Internal Coordination
  • Serve as liaison between hirers and internal departments
  • Coordinate meetings and document action items
  • Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary
Portfolio & Event Support
  • Manage a designated portfolio of projects under supervision
  • Coordinate logistics including venue requirements, vendors, equipment, and staffing
  • Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure service standards and agreed deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (events, admin, hospitality, coordination roles)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
