Admission Advisory

1. Ticket sales for the event will be subjected to prevailing Safe Management Measures (SMM).
2. If you are unwell, do not attend the event.
3. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
4. To ensure a smooth admission, please arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of the show.
5. Admission to the venue is by valid ticket produced.
6. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the venue.

Rating / Age Limit

1. No admission for infant in arms and children under 4 years old.
2. Children aged 4 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy as well as Prohibited Items

1. Non-flash photography is allowed.  However, videography and LIVE streaming of the event are not allowed.
2. Cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, tripods/monopods and other prohibited items may be tagged at the security bag check and will be deposited at the Cloakroom.

1. Please be advised there are steps leading to most seats in the auditorium.
2. Due to restricted lift access to The Star Theatre, kindly approach any of the ushers on event day for lift assistance.
3. Designated wheelchair accessible seating is available at all tiers.
